The "Service Training" is for building your sense of service to whoever you are being trained to be attracted to. It includes phrases.
Choosing Your Phrases
The default is a collection of phrases. You may use your own phrases if you want. The option to select your own phrases is on your Control Panel. Once you select that, you start with the default phrases but can add to this collection, discard phrases from this collection, or edit the phrases however you want.
Stimulation
This training is built to be used with stimulation of your nipple area and lips. It will also work great if you include your typical sexual stimulation.
The stimulation of the nipple area should be light, but not so light that you cannot feel it. The only reason to do this is if it has a psychological effect on you. Little seems to be known about the effects of nipple stimulation, but it might trigger release of hormones.
Similarly, the only reason for stimulation of the lips is if it has a psychological effect. Again, little is known, but see if you can find an effect.
