The computer usually tries to match your distractor pictures to your training pictures. (Sometimes it also matches phrases.) For example, if you are training to like nipples, natural distractor pictures are women not showing their nipples.

So, unless you have some reason otherwise, leave your distractors connected to your target pictures.

A reason to disconnect: If you have a paraphilia, like a foot fetish, you probably want your distractor pictures to be of your paraphilia. Choose "Disconnect". (If you choose disconnect and phrases in your training, there will not be any phrases for the distractor pictures.)
